Managing director
Dilek Ayhan has been managing director of Alarga since 1 January 2008. Prior to that she worked as project manager in Oslo Teknopol IKS. While with Teknopol she managed a recruiting project aimed at providing knowledgebased clusters in the Oslo region with improved access to specialists and qualified personnel. Dilek is a former manager of JADE, a European network for young entrepreneurs, and she is a founding member of the Norwegian Turkish Youth Organisation. Svein Tore Bergestuen is head of communication in TVNorge. He has 16 years of expirience as a newsreporter and host in norwegian television, radio and magazin (TV 2, P4, TVNorge, Kanal24, Ny Tid). He has also worked as an advisor in Amnesty International Norway and as an information advisor in Geelmuyden.Kiese. Patrick Sandahl is the director of investment at Dyvi AS. He has served in a number of Scandinavian boards and is presently the chairman of Rubik Solutions AS. In addition he serves on the board of Reflex AS, Rexinus AB, Naustvik Holdong AS, Wood AS and several companies within Dyvi. Sandahl was a partner in Telenor Venture for 7 years, and has considerable experience in private equity and M & A, including development and restructuring of companies. Benedikte Stiff is a partner in ISCO Group with a broad management recruitment and evaluation experience. She assisted Alarga in identifying grant recipients during the spring of 2007, and joined the board of Alarga. In 2009, she was member of the main jury that awarded “The young leaders of the year”, initiated by Assessit and BI Norwegian School of Management. Erik Villum (chairman) took the initiative to establish Alarga in 2007. He is currently CEO of Umoe IKT AS and has previously held central positions in the Umoe Group, Nord Pool, Enskilda Securities and Boston Consulting Group. He serves on the board of several Umoe-controlled companies and other companies.
